Care and Warranty Guide
Product Care
All GUIDA products are built to last — but like anything well made, they’ll age best with a little care.
Raw Aluminium
Our raw aluminium is intentionally left uncoated. Light surface marks, tonal variation, and small scratches are part of its natural character and will be present and evolve over time.
To care for raw aluminium:
- Wipe with a microfibre cloth using water or mild detergent.
- Always dry thoroughly to avoid streaks or water spots.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals — these can scratch or stain the surface.
- Refrain from sliding heavy or sharp objects across surfaces.
Powder-Coated Aluminium
Powder coating offers durable protection, but surface care is still important.
To care for powder-coated aluminium:
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- For marks or spills, wipe with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
- Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh chemicals, or solvent-based cleaners.
Use & Environment
- All GUIDA products are intended for indoor use only.
- Exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, moisture, or salty air may affect the surface over time and is not recommended.
- Take care when assembling or moving furniture to prevent dents or surface damage.
Warranty
